Our cooperation process step by step
Every company and every event is different, so cooperation is formed step by step, starting with getting to know each other and ending with the day of the event itself.
First acquaintance
First, we get to know each other, you tell us about the company, the team, and what you want to achieve (whether it’s “finally getting to know the new department” or “we really need to celebrate this year, we deserve it”).
Offer and reservation
Based on our conversation, I prepare a proposal with a specific concept, price, and everything you need for your event.
Program creation and preparation
We create the event program, from the timeline to specific activities and surprises.
The day of the event!
I follow the schedule and make sure everything runs smoothly. All your team has to do is get involved and enjoy the event.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also offer activity/game concepts?
No, I don’t have that big a team (yet!). 🙂 I recommend partners for sports game activity concepts. I participate as an evening voice or perform support functions.
Do you also offer technical support (sound, microphones)?
I have my own equipment available, but I help coordinate equipment and cooperation with relevant partners if necessary.
How are payments made to companies (invoices, contract)?
I work with invoices and contracts so everything is clear and official.
Is it possible to cancel or postpone an event?
I understand that sometimes plans change in life, so cancellation and rescheduling options are clearly described in our contract so that both parties feel safe and can negotiate the terms fairly.
