Keita Luīza Muceniece
I am an event manager who believes that the best celebrations happen when people feel free to be themselves. My goal is not to simply run an event according to a program. My goal is to make sure that after the celebration you remember the feelings – the laughter, the closeness, and the moments when everything was exactly as it was supposed to be.

Private events
I especially love private events because each one is different. No two anniversaries are the same, just like no two people are the same. I like to get to know the person celebrating better before the event, to hear their life story, their most characteristic traits, and what truly brings them joy. Often, it is from these conversations that the best ideas are born; an unexpected joke, a touching detail that no one would have expected.
I have noticed that even those guests who seem quieter or more cautious at first often become the ones laughing the loudest as the evening progresses.

Our cooperation process step by step
So that you can fully enjoy your family, friends, and the moment itself on your special day, I will take care of a well-thought-out evening! Special days go by surprisingly quickly, which is why I believe they shouldn’t be spent worrying about the schedule, the microphone, or who will give the next toast.
First acquaintance
We meet to get to know each other, discuss your plans, and understand what kind of atmosphere you want to create on your special day. I want to get to know the hero of the celebration so that the event feels personal and genuine, not like a ready-made template. This is where the first ideas for your celebration are born.
Offer and reservation
If after the conversation we feel that we are on the same page, I will prepare an offer and book your date. From now on, your day is secure, you can calmly get down to the rest of the planning, knowing that the management of the evening will be in my hands!
Program creation and preparation
Together we create the evening’s program, thinking through the most important moments, activities, and all the essential details. I agree on the most important details, we discuss the most important moments.
Your big day
I take care of hosting the evening, engaging guests, and creating a warm atmosphere so that the people celebrating the anniversary could enjoy every moment.

What kind of private events can you host?
Anniversaries, birthdays, children’s parties, graduations, anniversaries and other special moments you want to celebrate with your loved ones.
How can I book a private event?
Simply fill out the application form on the website or contact me directly, tell me about your idea, and let’s start building it together!
Do you also share event ideas?
Yes, sometimes, but… not always. What works for me may not work for someone else. That’s part of my approach! If I can be helpful and advise on what works for me, I’m very open to communication.
How long does it take to host a private event?
It depends on the format of the event, as children’s parties usually last 1.5–3 hours, but anniversaries or larger celebrations can last the entire evening. According to your wishes and needs.
