Keita Luīza Muceniece
I am an event manager who believes that the best celebrations happen when people feel free to be themselves. My goal is not to simply run an event according to a program. My goal is to make sure that after the celebration you remember the feelings – the laughter, the closeness, and the moments when everything was exactly as it was supposed to be.

Our cooperation process step by step
We meet (in person or remotely) to get to know each other and learn about your wishes. Based on what we learned during the conversation, I prepare an offer with specific services, an indicative price, and a schedule.
Budget is king, but idea is queen
Even with a limited budget, you can create an unforgettable celebration if there is a good idea behind it. I help you find creative solutions for any celebration. We put together ideas, wishes and available funds, and sign a contract to work peacefully.
Reservation confirmation and contract
After the introductory conversation, I save the date and prepare an individual offer for you with specific services, an indicative price, and an itinerary.
Program creation and preparation
I develop a detailed event program, coordinate it (if necessary). And then we meet at the event itself!

How much does an event moderator cost?
I will prepare a precise offer with a specific price after an introductory conversation, when I know more about your event. Let’s get in touch and together we will find a solution that fits your budget!
Does the event manager also create the event script?
Yes, very often this is part of the event manager’s service, and it is important because a good script is the basis for an event to run dynamically and logically.
How many years of experience do you have in managing events?
I have been hosting events for almost 3 years and during that time I have hosted events of various types and sizes. Also corporate events for up to 100 people. Each experience has helped me to develop my own style.
What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
I understand that sometimes plans change in life, so cancellation and rescheduling options are clearly described in our contract so that both parties feel safe and can negotiate the terms fairly.
Can you host the event in multiple languages?
Yes, I can host an event in Latvian and English (conversational level).
