Keita Luīza Muceniece
I am an event manager who believes that the best celebrations happen when people feel free to be themselves. My goal is not to simply run an event according to a program. My goal is to make sure that after the celebration you remember the feelings – the laughter, the closeness, and the moments when everything was exactly as it was supposed to be.

Together we will figure out what it will look like, I will find the right people and places, and on the day of the celebration I will make sure that everything runs smoothly. I will help with the budget and selection of suppliers, prepare the plan for the day, and I will also be present and coordinate everything at the event itself.

Managing individual activities
You don’t always need a host for the whole evening, sometimes just someone who can lift the mood at one specific moment is enough. I’m happy to get involved in the part where you want extra energy and laughter. For example, a special wedding song or background vocals for the ceremony, a mingling section, or organizing a special surprise.

Our process step-by-step
So that you can fully enjoy each other and your guests on your wedding day, I will take care of a well-thought-out evening! A wedding day is one of those rare times in life that goes by surprisingly quickly, and that is why I believe that it should not be spent worrying about the schedule, the microphone, or who will give the next toast.
First acquaintance
We meet to get to know each other, discuss your plans, and understand what kind of atmosphere you want to create on your special day. I want to get to know you as a couple, hear your story, and feel what kind of vibe you are drawn to. This is where the first ideas for your evening are born.
Offer and reservation
If after the conversation we feel that we are on the same page, I will prepare an offer and book your date. From now on, your day is secure, you can calmly get down to the rest of the planning, knowing that the management of the evening will be in my hands!
Program creation and preparation
Together we create the evening’s program, thinking through the most important moments, activities, and all the essential details. I agree on the most important details, we discuss the most important moments.

I take care of hosting the evening, engaging guests, and creating a warm atmosphere so you can enjoy every moment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a wedding officiant cost?
The price depends on the format, duration, and complexity of the event. I will offer an exact price after an individual consultation, taking into account your wishes.
Does the event manager also create the event script?
Yes, we prepare an individual scenario for each event.
How far in advance do I need to book a date?
Beautiful events are planned well in advance, so I recommend applying at least 3 months in advance, especially if you are planning to celebrate during the summer season (May–September), when dates fill up quickly.
In what language do you host events?
I host events in Latvian and English. I can also try a little Spanish. 🙂
Is it possible to cancel or postpone the event?
I understand that sometimes plans change in life, so cancellation and rescheduling options are clearly described in our contract so that both parties feel safe and can negotiate the terms fairly.
